My internship site is HABNET.THe Haitian American Business Network.The types of
work that we do there is make phone calls,send e-mail and a lot of faxing.When we
call we talk to the business owners tell them about the events and meeting that we are
going to have,we have our office and phone lines.It is on flatbush,this neighborhood
is very busy always have college student walking around and people going to work.
Comparing to our school neighborhood,its quiet has police securing the perimeter,to
see if there any student walking around so the could arrest them.So far i have send e-mail,read books,and talk to business owners.The highlights that i have for this fourth week is when i
was practicing my script.I practice until i got it in my head and remember it.I always leave school at 11:45 am.It takes me 45miutes to get there,and i always arrive at 12:45pm.I work from 1 to 4pm but sometimes i work overtime but the latest i can stay is until 4:30pm.Only my mentor can sign my time card.The only way that my fourth week is different from the third week is that
in the third week things are getting a little more intensive. The thing that i like about my
internship is the computer and i have the right to listen to music while i am working.Well
